Soniya Kapoor is a career coach and an international recruitment professional. She is the co-founder of CIERO Recruitment LLP. Also, she is the founder of Artson Publishing House, determined to work for potential writers and guide them to success. It has been almost two years that she has been working with different publishers and authors/writers to help them come up with their writing career.

She has contributed her work in several anthologies and has been an integral part of writing projects.
